Will I receive a complete custom workout program?
No. This offer includes personalized programming recommendations, exercise guidance, an action plan and a progress tracker, but not a fully written custom program.
What should I have ready for the call?
Complete the intake form in advance and have your usual equipment nearby. You may also submit exercise videos or demonstrate movements live when appropriate.
Can you diagnose or treat an injury?
No. The session provides general fitness education and is not medical treatment, physiotherapy or a substitute for assessment by a qualified healthcare professional.
When will I receive my follow-up resources?
Your personalized action plan and Vector Progress Tracker will typically be sent within 48 hours after the session.
What is the rescheduling policy?
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed appointments and late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund or replacement session.
