Improve your banded bench press experience by placing the BasePad directly over your BasePlate or any other foot plate. 

The BasePad has THREE sections connected with zippers, goes on top of the BasePlate to create a floor bench for bench press and skull crushers but can also fold in to be stacked to create a seat on the platform for sitting or kneeling exercises. With the ability to take sections apart to use independently.

This pad can still work for other plate dimensions but there might be a bit of a height difference between the Head & Butt pads and the body pad.
